Xi'an National "IC Fire" Innovation Base
(XAIC)
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China approved the construction of Xi'an National "IC Fire" innovation base based on the Xi'an integrated circuit design professional incubator (XAIC).
Xi’an National " IC Fire " was established on the base of existing integrated circuit design industrialization base. "IC Fire" Innovation Base is aiming to enhance the professional innovation and entrepreneurial service capabilities, accelerate the transformation and promotion of integrated circuit independent innovation achievements. Taking the finished products’ requirements as the traction to strengthen the coordination of software and hardware. Promoting the formation of an ecosystem of "chip-software-machine-system-information services". Striving to enhance the core competitiveness of the integrated circuit industry and related complete products industries in the region and guiding the development of the electronic information industry to the premium of the value chain.
Xi’an National “IC Fire” Innovation Base will carry out research on key technologies covering common needs, build a talent base for the needs of the province’s integrated circuit industry, further improve technical services and industry incubation capabilities. Build an innovation and entrepreneurship service platform in Xi’an, covering the whole province and radiating surrounding areas, forming a synergy pattern of the integrated circuit industry chain.
